How I chose my path

After taking Macroeconomics with Father Kelly, I realized that I had a liking for finance. I took a finance internship at the World Trade Center, and few internships and classes later… here I am.

Favorite Loyola memory

Moving in freshman year into Campion 717.

The professor who had the biggest impact on me and why

Professor Michael Runnels (associate professor of law and social responsibility). He genuinely cared for his students and always forced us to think. He taught me to not only focus on the answer, but also the thought process to getting to the answer. He is incredibly smart. I’m convinced he knows everything. Definitely someone I aspire to be like.

My strong truth/how the Jesuit college experience shaped me

I can’t even begin to speak about how much I have valued this education. I’ve learned so much in so many different areas academically.

More importantly, I have cultivated a deeper understanding of social justice issues, and just general social perceptions, that I feel I wouldn’t have anywhere else.

Shout outs to…

Room 717, Professor Runnels, ALANA, the office of International Programs, and the lunch time crew.
